Practically all mothers can and do benefit from the services that are designed to support your journey. If you are pregnant, you do need the preparation to have a positive childbirthing experience.

We also have access to and give references of breastfeeding supportive pediatricians and mental health professionals should there be a need for the same.

In our experience, we have seen that online services give the mothers the much needed flexibility with regards to scheduling sessions in addition to the comfort of not having to move out of their homes to access it. We have seen great success with it since the start of the pandemic.

Yes. Whenever needed and possible, we are open to taking sessions offline as well.

We invite and encourage birth partners/fathers to be a part of all the sessions.

We have an entire session on the role of fathers in the journey. However, besides that, learning about what all their partners are going through and how to support them, goes a long way in strengthening, nourishing and growing the bond between partners.

Yes. Prenatal yoga has more role to play than just in the fitness of the mothers. It also helps in maintaining the mother’s mental health and preparing her for birth and postpartum period, amongst other things.

The pelvic floor muscles play a major role in normal vaginal delivery and so education and exercises guided by our physiotherapist can help you prepare for birth and help you with things to do postpartum for smooth recovery. An Infant massage trainer introduces and teaches you the correct, gentle and beneficial ways of massaging your babies in order for you both to be able to get the maximum benefits out of it, as opposed to the harsh ways that we have seen some infants being massaged in the name of tradition.

Yes. However since sessions are detailed and require the expert to free a slot out, they are paid. If you do not wish to take the program further, you can just pay for the one session and opt out.
